XENO-YW with Auto-Doffing and preciforce

Beauty Strong has relied on SSM technology since 1996 and introduced the XENO-YW precision winding machine with auto-doffing in 2020. Equipped with preciforce, SSM’s density-control technology, the machine calibrates density in real time and produces uniform packages from the very first wind. This allows Beauty Strong to increase package density and package weight while eliminating the multiple rewinding cycles typically required to achieve consistent density across all spindles.

With the new winding solution, Beauty Strong achieved measurable operational improvements. Automated winding reduced manpower hours by nearly 40%, while the system reached a 100% auto-doffing success rate. Yarn dyeing quality improved significantly, circular knitting failures were reduced, and downstream customer satisfaction increased. Reduced rewinding time, lower operating costs and more consistent package quality further strengthened the company’s competitiveness.

Long-Term Confidence in SSM

Beauty Strong has expanded its installed base of SSM machines to 1,000 spindles and values the machines’ stable performance and flexible parameter settings for customized production.
