New high-performance sewing thread winder for domestic crosswound bobbins. The NSA-X single flex is a high-performance automatic winder which will step into the shoes of the very successful and popular NSA-HS 4 spindle winder. The NSA-X single flex feature individual controlled winding spindles with separate drives for the winding spindle and traverse sysem. The SSM fastflex™ traverse technology in combination with a higher spindle speed of up to 7.500 rpm boosts the production performance more than 30 % compared to the former NSA-HS model. Every winding parameter is programmed into a comfortable central terminal with touch screen. Individual yarn length measuring and 100 % reproducibility is ensured.
